Workforce Capital

Ethical Recruitment

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Workforce Capital is committed to fair, transparent and responsible recruitment across every sourcing and destination market in which we operate.

Fair recruitment

Candidates receive clear information about the role, employer, location, pay, deductions, accommodation and expected costs before accepting an offer. Selection is based on role requirements and verified competence.

No coercion or discrimination

We do not tolerate forced labour, trafficking, document retention, intimidation or discrimination. Candidates remain free to ask questions, seek advice and withdraw before signing, subject to lawful commitments already made.

Transparent documentation

Contracts and key employment terms must be understandable and consistent with the accepted offer. Identity, qualifications and work history are verified responsibly, and personal information is handled only for legitimate recruitment purposes.

Safeguards and reporting

We monitor partners and investigate credible concerns. Employers, candidates and partners can report suspected misconduct directly to Workforce Capital without retaliation. Confirmed breaches may result in remediation or termination of a partnership.
