Workforce Capital supplies trade-tested construction workers from India, the Philippines and Nepal to contractors across the European Union. Every candidate is assessed on the tools before we present a shortlist, so site managers receive crews who can start productive work in their first week rather than spend a month in remedial training. We handle sourcing, trade testing, document collection, work permit filing and travel, and we stay involved after arrival through onboarding and accommodation checks. Typical mobilisations range from a four-person finishing team to a full civil crew of eighty. Contracts follow the host country's collective agreement, with no recruitment charge to the worker at any stage.
Larger contractors often combine a site crew with engineering and technical staff for planning and supervision, or with precision manufacturing operators when the project includes prefabrication.

Screening and qualifications
- 01Practical trade test recorded on video at our hubs in Hyderabad, Manila and Kathmandu, scored against the task the employer actually needs.
- 02Welders are tested to the process and position required, with 6G and EN ISO 9606 certification arranged where the role calls for it.
- 03Basic English or, on request, host-language A1 to A2 for site instructions and toolbox talks.
- 04Documented safety awareness covering working at height, PPE, lifting operations and site induction standards used on EU projects.
- 05Verified trade references, medical fitness certificate and police clearance before any file is presented.

Where we deploy
We place construction crews across the European Union, with the heaviest demand in Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Germany, Slovakia, Czechia and the Baltic states. Our EU offices in Budapest and Murska Sobota manage permits and arrival logistics.
Process
How hiring works
Role definition and quote
We agree the job description, headcount, start date, pay rate and accommodation arrangement in writing before sourcing begins.
Sourcing, testing and shortlist
Candidates are sourced through our own offices in Hyderabad, Manila and Kathmandu, tested for the role, then presented with video assessments and full documents.
Permits and mobilisation
We file the work permit and visa dossier, arrange medicals, travel and arrival logistics, and keep the employer updated at each stage.
Arrival and aftercare
We meet the workers on arrival, complete registration and onboarding, and stay the employer's point of contact for the duration of the contract.
