Workforce Capital places qualified engineers and technical specialists with employers across the European Union, drawing on degree-qualified talent pools in India and the Philippines. This is a slower, more selective pipeline than trade recruitment: we shortlist on discipline, software, standards experience and project scale, then run technical interviews with the client before anyone is offered a role. Typical assignments cover site engineering on infrastructure projects, mechanical and electrical design support, maintenance engineering in plants, and quality or HSE functions. We handle diploma recognition, work permit filing, relocation and arrival support, and we keep a single account manager on the file for the life of the contract.
Engineers are frequently mobilised alongside the construction crews they will supervise, or embedded with production and manufacturing operators during a plant ramp-up.

Screening and qualifications
- 01Degree or diploma verified with the issuing institution, with EU recognition guidance where the role requires it.
- 02Technical interview with the client, supported by a portfolio of drawings, calculations or project records.
- 03Software assessment covering AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, Primavera or the client's own toolset.
- 04English at B1 to B2, since most technical roles work in English within EU project teams.
- 05Standards familiarity, typically Eurocodes, EN and ISO, plus verified references and medical clearance.

How hiring works
Role definition and quote
We agree the job description, headcount, start date, pay rate and accommodation arrangement in writing before sourcing begins.
Sourcing, testing and shortlist
Candidates are sourced through our own offices in Hyderabad, Manila and Kathmandu, tested for the role, then presented with video assessments and full documents.
Permits and mobilisation
We file the work permit and visa dossier, arrange medicals, travel and arrival logistics, and keep the employer updated at each stage.
Arrival and aftercare
We meet the workers on arrival, complete registration and onboarding, and stay the employer's point of contact for the duration of the contract.
