Workforce Capital recruits production operators, machine setters and line technicians for automotive, electronics, food and heavy-machinery plants across the European Union. We match by process rather than job title, so a plant running small-lot CNC receives operators trained on small-lot CNC, and a high-volume assembly line receives people used to takt time and shift rotation. Candidates arrive familiar with ISO and IATF documentation, quality gates and standard work instructions. We manage the full pipeline from sourcing in India, the Philippines and Nepal through permits, travel and arrival, and remain the employer's point of contact throughout the contract. Workers pay no recruitment fee.
Plants scaling a new line usually pair operators with engineering and technical specialists, and add warehouse and logistics drivers once internal logistics volume grows.

Screening and qualifications
- 01Machine-specific practical assessment, including programme reading for CNC roles and weld coupons for production welders.
- 02Measurement and inspection test covering callipers, micrometers and basic drawing interpretation.
- 03English at a level sufficient for work instructions, with host-language basics arranged before departure on request.
- 04Confirmed experience of shift work, cleanroom discipline or heavy assembly, depending on the plant.
- 05Verified employment history, medical fitness certificate and police clearance.

How hiring works
Role definition and quote
We agree the job description, headcount, start date, pay rate and accommodation arrangement in writing before sourcing begins.
Sourcing, testing and shortlist
Candidates are sourced through our own offices in Hyderabad, Manila and Kathmandu, tested for the role, then presented with video assessments and full documents.
Permits and mobilisation
We file the work permit and visa dossier, arrange medicals, travel and arrival logistics, and keep the employer updated at each stage.
Arrival and aftercare
We meet the workers on arrival, complete registration and onboarding, and stay the employer's point of contact for the duration of the contract.
