Sector 04 · Nursing
Licensed nurses for EU healthcare systems.
Overview
Workforce Capital recruits licensed nurses from India, the Philippines and Nepal for hospitals, clinics and long-term care providers across the European Union. Healthcare is a regulated pipeline and we run it accordingly: licence verification, dossier preparation for the host country's recognition authority, structured language training to the level the regulator demands, and adaptation support after arrival. Lead times are longer than in other sectors, usually six to twelve months from selection to first shift, and we plan cohorts with the employer rather than presenting single files. Nurses pay no recruitment fee, and contracts follow the host country's healthcare collective agreement in full.
Care providers often combine a nursing cohort with specialised caregivers for daily living support, and with hospital housekeeping teams for ward hygiene standards.

Coverage
Nurses are placed across the European Union, with active healthcare pipelines in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Ireland and the Nordic countries.
Process
We agree the job description, headcount, start date, pay rate and accommodation arrangement in writing before sourcing begins.
Candidates are sourced through our own offices in Hyderabad, Manila and Kathmandu, tested for the role, then presented with video assessments and full documents.
We file the work permit and visa dossier, arrange medicals, travel and arrival logistics, and keep the employer updated at each stage.
We meet the workers on arrival, complete registration and onboarding, and stay the employer's point of contact for the duration of the contract.
