Professional Drivers and Logistics Staff for EU Operators

Keeping the supply chain moving.

Overview

Precisely matched to your operational brief.

Workforce Capital recruits professional drivers and warehouse staff for transport operators, distribution centres and last-mile networks across the European Union. Driving is a licence-led pipeline, so the work begins with document verification: category C or CE entitlement, driver CPC status, digital tachograph card and the conversion route required in the destination country. We plan those conversions into the mobilisation timeline rather than discovering them after arrival. Candidates from India, the Philippines and Nepal are assessed on road experience, vehicle type, load discipline and hours rules before presentation. Employers receive drivers who can be dispatched safely and legally as soon as their local formalities are complete.

Distribution centres commonly staff drivers together with manufacturing and warehouse operators, while site logistics roles are often mobilised with construction crews.
