Agriculture runs on calendars, so mobilisation planning matters more here than anywhere else: we agree intake dates against the harvest or planting window and build the permit timeline backwards from them. Workers from India, Nepal and the Philippines are screened on the specific crop, machinery and physical demands of the contract, from delicate soft-fruit picking to dairy parlour routines and tractor operation. How hiring works
Role definition and quote
We agree the job description, headcount, start date, pay rate and accommodation arrangement in writing before sourcing begins.
Sourcing, testing and shortlist
Candidates are sourced through our own offices in Hyderabad, Manila and Kathmandu, tested for the role, then presented with video assessments and full documents.
Permits and mobilisation
We file the work permit and visa dossier, arrange medicals, travel and arrival logistics, and keep the employer updated at each stage.
Arrival and aftercare
We meet the workers on arrival, complete registration and onboarding, and stay the employer's point of contact for the duration of the contract.
