Workforce Capital supplies cleaning and housekeeping teams to facility management companies, hotels, hospitals, offices and industrial sites across the European Union. Cleaning contracts are judged on consistency, so we screen for reliability and method as much as speed: chemical handling, colour-coded equipment, room sequencing and the documentation an audited site expects. Candidates from India, the Philippines and Nepal arrive with commercial cleaning experience and host-language basics for shift handovers. We staff single-site teams and multi-site contracts, plan intakes around contract start dates, and handle permits, travel and accommodation so a new contract can be covered from day one.
Hotel contracts are usually staffed alongside hotel and hospitality staff, while hospital contracts run in parallel with our placements of licensed nurses.

How hiring works
Role definition and quote
We agree the job description, headcount, start date, pay rate and accommodation arrangement in writing before sourcing begins.
Sourcing, testing and shortlist
Candidates are sourced through our own offices in Hyderabad, Manila and Kathmandu, tested for the role, then presented with video assessments and full documents.
Permits and mobilisation
We file the work permit and visa dossier, arrange medicals, travel and arrival logistics, and keep the employer updated at each stage.
Arrival and aftercare
We meet the workers on arrival, complete registration and onboarding, and stay the employer's point of contact for the duration of the contract.
